The last stage of production is packing clean and dry wooden chips in LDPE bag . One bag weight with wooden chips is 15 kg, which provides convenient movement and use in industrial production. Dustproof LDPE bag protects wooden chips from damage and helps to preserve consumer properties. In order to preserve the integrity of the cargo during transportation ,bags with wooden chips are securely wraped in stretch film on pallets. This type of packaging facilitates loading and off-loading of products, saves time and prevent unauthorized goods removal from packaged unit.
Producing wooden chips we use only ecological, fresh sawn wood of beech, alder, oak, cherry, supplied from western Ukraine forestries.

In the production of smoking wood chips we do not use wastes from furniture enterprises.
After granulation wooden chips are dried using unique method- fresh hot air at high temperature sufficient to kill bacteria and fungus.
